To begin, please schedule a consultation using the forms on this page. Your $95 consultation fee ensures that your case is carefully reviewed and coordinated before moving forward. If you choose to proceed with additional EPIARX services, your consultation fee is applied toward the final service cost.

Most consultations with a Consultation Specialist can be scheduled the same day or within 24 hours.
